Strategize the use of Recruiting Channels like Job portals, Employee Referrals, Vendors, Networking, Headhunting, Career Fairs etc. for hiring as per set timelines & budgets.
Experience in mapping client’s requirements and transitioning processes and providing solutions to achieve maximum client satisfaction.
Excellent communication, strategy, sourcing and negotiation skills with a proven track record of excellence in the placement process.
Mentor team leads & team members into the recruitment processes.
