We offer fixed price support service, where Maintec staff provide day to day support for client applications, including problem resolution and optional application enhancements, working to agreed service levels. Normally this follows a familiarization period, charged on a time and materials basis, where Maintec gets to know the client's applications, procedures and people, and if necessary develop adequate support documentation. Maintec has the necessary skills, expertise, in-house Mainframe hardware & Software to develop/maintain applications written in COBOL. PL/1, Assembler, Natural using CICS, DB2, IMS and IDMS.
