where Maintec staff provide day to day
support for client applications, including
problem resolution and optional application
enhancements, working to agreed service
levels. Normally this follows a familiarization
period, charged on a time and materials
basis, where Maintec gets to know the
client's applications, procedures and
people, and if necessary develop adequate
support documentation. Maintec has the
necessary skills, expertise, in-house
Mainframe hardware & Software to
develop/maintain applications written
in COBOL. PL/1, Assembler, Natural using
CICS, DB2, IMS and IDMS.
