All Standard IBM Mainframe Products are available for Remote Mainframe
Connectivity. Currently the Software is OS/390
2.7, CICS TS 1.2, DB2 V5 & IMS V5.0 along
with COBOL, PL/1, ASSEMLBER, C/370, C++, JAVA
Compilers are available.
Connectivity
Remote access to the Mainframe
can be accomplished via any existing Internet
Media including Dial Up/ ISDN/ Leased Line etc.
Security
Maintec shall assist in setting
a secure environment via utilizing OS/390 security
server software (RACF). Maintec shall neither
have any access nor shall access to application
data.
Availability
The systems shall be available
from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST with telephonic support
available only during normal business hours between
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday only.
Support
Online support via E-mail shall
be available during normal Business Hours (9:00
AM – 6:00 PM IST).
